Hubert Delany is a technology executive, industry analyst, software engineer, and entrepreneur with over 40 years of experience. He created the Replevin Transaction Server (RTS) legal process management system used by Con Edison and developed ExoTool™, a patented AI-driven Rapid Mobile Application Development system through his company ExoTool, LLC. He has served as CTO of multiple software companies, including Trusty.care, Backweb Technologies, CALM Energy, Navagate, DeliverEx, and Onyx Sciences. He was also Vice President of Equity Research at Lazard Frères and Research Director at Gartner Group, advising Fortune 1000 IT executives and helping launch Gartner’s Internet Strategies service. An expert in high-performance computing, visualization, business process management, and peer-to-peer networking, Mr. Delany holds multiple patents and publications, with work featured in Supercomputing Review, Scientific American, and Time Magazine. He earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT (1986), pursued graduate studies at MIT’s Media Lab, and later served on the faculty at Columbia University as Director of Technology Development for the Center for Computational Learning Systems. His affiliations include the CTO Club of New York City, the Oceanie Sailing Foundation (Founder and Executive Director), and Sigma Pi Phi Fraternity.
